The UK will leave the EU on 1 January 2021 ending free movement of EU nationals. British citizens’ rights to live and work in EU countries will also be restricted.

With the end of free movement and the roll-out of the new Points-Based Immigration System from 1 December 2020, it is important that HR teams feel prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. With so much change on the horizon, training on the new system is vitally important and our popular Immigration Law Academy is designed with this purpose in mind. Our November date is now full so to meet demand we have added a new date in January 2021. This will be delivered online via Webex as a set of two sessions.
