I joined Lewis Silkin as a Paralegal in August 2020 in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked at HMRC as a Paralegal in the Business and Property Taxes team in Bristol. I graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2016 with a degree in Law and French and completed the MSc and LPC at the University of Law, Bristol.
Having lived in France as part of my undergraduate degree, I enjoy practicing and improving my French outside of work, which I aspire to use in my future career. I also enjoy cycling in the Chilterns and around the UK.
As part of my role I assist partners and fee-earners on employment matters. This involves liaising with other Ius Laboris firms across multiple jurisdictions in order to coordinate international projects. My primary tasks include assisting with billing arrangements and presenting these to clients, liaising with local counsel across the Asia Pacific region and the EMEA region to answer quick queries and managing an international helpdesk. I also provide assistance by way of conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents and preparing trial bundles.
