I am a Senior Associate in the immigration team and I advise clients on all aspects of immigration law.
I joined Lewis Silkin in March 2016 as an Associate. Before joining the firm I gained 5 years’ experience in law as a Paralegal and then Trainee Solicitor.
I hold a Bachelor of Science awarded by the University of Bristol and a Graduate Diploma in Law awarded by The University of Wales. I also hold a Legal Practice Course awarded by The University of Cardiff and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
I am a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
Immigration and Global Mobility
I advise on all aspects of UK immigration law as well as provide coordination advice to clients on global immigration matters/projects. The areas that I advise on include:
- Advising organisations of all sizes, from start-ups through to multinationals on all aspects of immigration law. I work with clients to provide strategic, commercially focussed advice and assists clients in navigating the complex UK immigration system.
- Providing clients with international advice and co-ordination support and I have extensive experience dealing with urgent moves for senior members of staff as well as complex team moves.
- Assisting clients to obtain and maintain their sponsor licence and I have a strong track record in successfully overturning sponsor licence suspensions and revocations.
- Providing bespoke client training on all aspects of immigration; from meeting compliance obligations through to Brexit, the Points Based System and the changing landscape of immigration law.
