We are pleased to announce our autumn/winter series of free webinars. This programme is aimed mainly at HR managers and those with equivalent experience of dealing with workplace employment issues – but we’d be delighted to welcome you whatever your background or grounding in employment law.
The Covid-19 pandemic revealed that many employment policies and contracts did not include provisions that would have helped employers to deal effectively with a crisis of this nature. Join us at this session where we will talk through ways to future-proof your employment documentation. We will look at issues such as temporary lay-off rights, requiring and preventing employees from taking holiday, clarity on pay during different types of absence, and the ability to require employees to work from home – and whether these are best dealt with in contracts or policies.
