Our inaugural Digital, Commerce & Creative Report is here!
12 January 2024
We are delighted to announce that we have published our inaugural Digital, Commerce & Creative Annual Report.
The Report is set against the background of a somewhat fragile geo-political and economic landscape, and the challenges of managing day-to-day operations, strategy and business planning, new product launches, and navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
With the Report, we aim to support you in addressing those tasks at a strategic level by heightening awareness of the key legal, regulatory and business challenges that will need consideration for all those involved in the digital, technology and creative sectors.
We reflect on the key developments from 2023, as well as key trends, from the deployment of generative AI tools to ESG values-driven procurement. Looking ahead for 2024, there is a surge of imminent legislative change in the UK, from the Online Safety Act 2023 to the Football Governance Bill.
We hope that you enjoy reading the Report.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Your legal experts
AI has been all over the headlines in recent months. Generative AI can already produce written content, images and music which is often extremely impressive, if not yet perfect – and it is increasingly obvious that in the very near future, AI’s capabilities will revolutionise the way we work and live our lives.
