Lewis Silkin French Desk advises its longstanding client Publicis Groupe on the acquisition of the remaining 24.9% stake in Blue 449 from M&C Saatchi Plc

Lewis Silkin has advised its longstanding client Publicis Groupe on the acquisition of the remaining 24.9% stake in Blue 449 from M&C Saatchi Plc.
Blue 449, which was originally founded as Walker Media in 1998 was already majority owned by Publicis Groupe since 2013.
Lewis Silkin also acted for Publicis Groupe on their original acquisition of their majority 75.1% stake in 2013.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by Corporate partner Paul Rajput, with support from Corporate associate Joe Lythgoe.
Commenting on the deal, Paul Rajput said:
