Lewis Silkin has advised Publicis Sapient on its new joint venture with Tquila

The partnership with Tquila will extend Publicis Sapient’s generative AI offerings powered by Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilots, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. Publicis Sapient has collaborated with Tquila on several other ventures including Publicis Sapient AI Labs, another deal in which Lewis Silkin advised its long-standing client.

Lewis Silkin’s Corporate team was led by Timothy Leeson, Partner with support from Peter Bates, Senior Associate.
