Lewis Silkin has advised SPL Enterprises Inc. on its acquisition in Irta Dosificacio I Tecnologia S.L.

Lewis Silkin has advised SPL Enterprises, Inc., a Harbour Group company, on its acquisition of the majority equity interest in Irta Dosificacio I Tecnologia S.L. (trading as i-Dositecno), a producer of filling equipment for the drug and cosmetic industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
i-Dositecno is a global provider of complete sterile filling lines for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and ophthalmic applications. The company is based in Mataro, Spain, near Barcelona and has a footprint across Europe and Asia.
Lewis Silkin was instructed to work alongside SPL Enterprises, Inc.’s (SP) US lawyers, Blank Rome, and assisted with the UK aspects of the transaction including the UK aspects of the sale and purchase documentation and the UK aspects of the financing.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner Fergus Payne, alongside corporate senior associate, Sadiq Tajbhai, and corporate associate, Georgina Fraser.
