Leigh TaylorAssociate

I graduated from Queens University with a Masters in Law in 2019 before qualifying as a Solicitor, with distinction, from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2022. I have experience in corporate and commercial law, and I have advised clients on Media Financing and Distribution, Commercial agreements and Mergers and Acquisitions. I am keen to work with and support businesses and companies throughout their journey.

My day-to-day in Lewis Silkin includes collaborating with the Digital, Commerce and Creative team to find the best solutions for our clients through review and research. I work closely with tech companies and businesses, advising on incorporation, investments, and shareholders’ agreements.

Prior to working at Lewis Silkin, I gained experience in two leading law firms, advising international clients on Service and Licensing agreements as well dealing with, and gaining a wealth of knowledge in, Public and Administrative law.

Outside of the office, I am voracious reader of fiction and I enjoy film. As such, these areas interest me in my capacity as a corporate lawyer. I have advised local production companies and financiers, and I have drafted contracts relating to films and TV shows that you may even have seen!
