Niamh McMonagle Associate

I have considerable experience of advising clients on day-to-day employment issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, exit/compromise negotiations and redundancies. I act on behalf of clients in defence of proceedings at the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals. I also assist clients with drafting contractual documentation and policies/handbooks.

I have a keen interest in all issues relating to data privacy and assist clients with reviews of their policies/practices and responding to Subject Access Requests. I am a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyer's Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
