I am an inhouse employment lawyer with significant experience working on all aspects of the employment relationship across multiple jurisdictions.
I started my career in private practice spending 10 years advising corporate and public sector clients. I moved from private practice to inhouse, initially in the security and risk management sector providing advice in relation to high risk jurisdictions before spending 10 years in the Technology sector, eventually leading a team of employment lawyers across the globe to provide advice and support on employment law issues in 60+ jurisdictions.
- I have experience advising on a range of day to day operational aspects of employment law – recruitment, contracts, disciplinary & grievance, dismissals and Diversity & Inclusion, collective consultation and works councils.
- I have been involved in numerous major change projects for example: Role & Compensation remodeling and Organisational Restructuring at a management and strategic design level as well as operational implementation.
- I have advised on employee transfer issues in relation to service outsourcing and insourcing as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition, I have experience of Regulatory Compliance and Investigatory matters.
- All of this experience extends across many jurisdictions and business lines involving working with key stakeholders and CXO level across large organisations.
