Workplace Mediation

Whether you want to resolve a difficult working relationship, or proactively address a minor issue before it develops any further, our team of accredited mediators can help you.

Workplace mediation is often used as an alternative dispute resolution process. It helps build trust between parties, creates the right conditions for honest and respectful discussions resulting in mutually agreeable robust solutions.

We offer 3 services to clients:

  • providing a mediator to work with those involved, either at your workplace or a neutral venue, to help the staff create a realistic and permanent solution
  • training your staff to be in-house mediators
  • mentoring your mediators as they develop their experience and deal with challenging situations

Our experience is that each organisation will evolve its own approach to workplace mediation.  We can work with you to help you define the best way forward.

For further information please see our workplace mediation brochure.
